Our History
LAbite.com opened in October 2000 in West Los Angeles, with just eight restaurants and the commitment to give customers the best possible delivery experience.
Early on (and despite our name), all delivery and catering orders were taken over the phone. In 2001, our first website allowed customers to browse menus online, then place their orders via fax. In 2002, we began offering a complete online ordering experience. Today, more than 80% of our customers place their orders online.

Nine years and 946 restaurants later, LAbite.com has become the largest food delivery network in Los Angeles County, delivering more than 1,000,000 meals a year.
The majority of LAbite.com’s restaurant partners also offer group-friendly catering menus, making it a breeze for individuals, business professionals and salespeople to feed parties of any size. Simply provide us with all the pertinent information about your order, and we will do the rest.
LAbite.com customers keep a personal online account, which includes previous orders that can be easily viewed and submitted for accounting purposes.
Since our inception, LAbite.com's primary goal has been providing the highest level of customer service. Many of the same folks who started with us are still working hard to continually improve our customers’ ordering and delivery experience.
