How do I earn points?
Reward Points are earned by ordering from LAbite.com. The points are calculated immediately after your order is delivered.
How are the points calculated?
You earn one point per every dollar spent (excluding gratuity). Beginning July 2008, online orders will generate double points. Additional promotions allow you to earn extra points.
How do I check my rewards balance?
Please visit www.labite.com/rewards and login with your account credentials. Note: An LAbite.com account is required to check your balance and redeem reward points. Please contact our customer service department at (310) 441–2483 if you need assistance.
How do I redeem my points?
All reward points reimbursements are done online at www.labite.com/rewards. After selecting the desired item, login with your account, and proceed to checkout.
Do you keep all the items in stock?
The majority of the reward items on our website are shipped directly from our distributors. Currently LAbite.com partners with Amazon.com, a worldwide leader in ecommerce. All items, except gift certificates, are packed and shipped by Amazon.com.
Can I return an item?
All reward reimbursements are final and cannot be exchanged or return. All faulty products under manufacture warranty should be returned to the manufacturer.
I no longer see an item which was available only a few weeks ago?
Even though we only offer new and popular products, in some rare cases items get discontinued or are no longer available through our distributors.
I placed an order, but my points’ balance has not increased?
The reward points are calculated and added to your account after the order has been delivered. In some cases it might take an hour for the update to take place.
How do I enroll in the Rewards Program?
All customers are automatically enrolled in Program. If you have an account with us, you are earning points on every order.
Do I receive points for past orders?
The reward points are calculated after each order has been completed. Points are assigned only to orders placed after January 1st 2008.
Can I combine the points from all my accounts?
The reward points are assigned and reimbursed on per account bases. Balances cannot be transferred or moved to a new account.
How long does it take for an item to arrive?
In general it takes up to two weeks for your item to arrive. We will contact you if your shipment is experiencing any delays.
