Q When are you open?
  LAbite is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 9:30pm, and from 4:00pm to 9:30pm on Saturday and Sunday. Delivery is generally available for lunch Monday through Friday 11:00am to 2:00pm and for dinner 5:00pm to 9:30pm Monday through Sunday. Off-hour deliveries are available for larger parties with advance notice.  
     
Q What does it cost?  
  Each delivery has a $5.99 delivery fee for dinner and $6.99 delivery fee for lunch. All orders also include a 3.99% convenience fee. Restaurant coupons and promotions do not apply to delivery orders.  
     
Q Do I have to tip the driver?  
  Tips are generally not included. A gratuity comparable to what you would tip inside a restaurant is appreciated. LAbite.com requests a minimum 10% gratuity for all orders over $70.00.  
     
Q Which restaurants can I order from?  
  Restaurants are available according to your delivery zip code. Please press the order online button located on the home page, enter the delivery zip code and time, and all available restaurants will appear on your screen.  
     
Q Can I pay extra for a restaurant that does not normally deliver to my area?  
  Most restaurants can be taken outside the normal area for a larger minimum order and an included 15% gratuity.  
     
Q What is the minimum order?  
  Typically, the minimum food order is $20.00. Higher minimum orders are established for restaurants outside the normal delivery zoning. This total does not include delivery fee.  
   
Q How long does it take for delivery?  
  Typically it takes about an hour, but the delivery time can be dependent upon the size of the order and the current volume of business at your restaurant.  
   
Q Is everything on the delivery menu the same as in the restaurant?  
  Some items may not be available for delivery because of their limited availability or because they do not travel well. Prices are subject to change without notice.  
     
Q What about drinks?  
  Pepsi products in 12oz cans are available on our house menu.  
   
Q I am a pharmaceutical representative and send food to different doctor's offices. Do I need to create a new account at LAbite.com every time I order online?  
  When you place your first online order, an account with your delivery information will be created which links to your customer file in our operating system. When placing all future orders use your original account, then select the location to which you would like the food delivered.  
   
Q I order for large groups and prefer to have my food packaged in trays so that I can serve the food buffet style. From which restaurants is this type of service available?  
  Almost every restaurant either publishes a catering menu or can place multiple orders of individual items into trays.  
   
Q Does LAbite.com keep a record of my past orders?  
  Yes. In order to review a past order, logon to your account or ask your operator.
